These terms apply to fulfillment services provided by PaleoPax LLC, doing business as MonthlyBoxer ("MonthlyBoxer," "we," "us"), and to payments made through monthlyboxer.com. Clients with a signed fulfillment services agreement are bound by that agreement, which controls where it differs from these terms.
We provide third-party logistics services: receiving, storage, kitting, order fulfillment, shipping and returns handling for client-owned inventory, as described in each client's quote or agreement.
Services are invoiced monthly and are due on receipt unless your agreement says otherwise. Invoices list each charge, including postage at carrier cost, fulfillment fees, packing supplies and storage. You can pay online by ACH bank transfer (no fee) or credit/debit card (a 3% processing fee is added and shown at checkout), or by check payable to PaleoPax LLC. Online payments are processed by Stripe.
We may pause outbound shipments on accounts with balances more than 30 days past due until the account is brought current.
Inventory remains the client's property. Our liability for lost or damaged inventory in our care is limited as set out in the client's agreement, or, if none, to the client's documented replacement cost of the affected goods. Carrier loss or damage in transit is handled through the carrier's claims process, and we will assist with filing.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, email warehouse@monthlyboxer.com within 30 days of the invoice date and we'll review it with you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
