This policy explains how PaleoPax LLC DBA MonthlyBoxer handles information on monthlyboxer.com and in providing fulfillment services.
Client contact and billing details (names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing addresses), and order and shipping data our clients send us so we can ship to their customers (recipient names, shipping addresses, and order contents).
Only to provide our services: fulfilling and shipping orders, invoicing, customer support, and meeting legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use recipient data for marketing.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank account details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy.
We share shipping information with carriers (such as USPS and UPS) and customs authorities as needed to deliver packages, and with service providers who help us run our business, such as our payment processor and email provider.
We keep records as long as needed to provide services and as required by law, and we protect them with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
